How are your service fees calculated?

Pricing is categorized by service type: (1) PC repair (OS reinstall, malware removal, system tuning, peripheral setup, or module replacement — SSD/HDD, RAM, fans, keyboard, PSU) is component cost + labor fee; (2) Assembly service: you supply the components, we charge labor only; (3) Custom Builds: total component cost + 8-12% service fee (including comprehensive stress testing and premium cable management); (4) Second-hand Trading: transparent market-based pricing. Exact pricing is quoted on-site after diagnosis. All quotes include component purchase receipts with zero hidden fees.
How long does a repair take?

Repair time depends on the issue and parts availability. Standard issues usually take a few days (including diagnosis, parts sourcing, repair, and stress testing). If specialized parts need to be backordered or imported, it may take longer; the exact timeframe will be communicated after diagnosis. Urgent repairs can be prioritized with a 50% surcharge, though turnaround still depends on parts availability.
What happens to my old or faulty parts?

All replaced faulty parts are returned to you in full. Our technician will explain the defect and replacement reason in person, with the process recorded. We never keep or swap out client parts — this is our core commitment to integrity.
How long is the warranty?

New components carry official manufacturer warranties (typically 1-3 years); custom assembled PCs include a 90-day full-system warranty; refurbished second-hand equipment includes a 7-day hassle-free return window and a 30-day hardware warranty. All warranty records are stored on the cloud for easy reference.
Which areas do you serve? Do you offer pickup and delivery?

We are based in Thu Dau Mot, Binh Duong. We provide door-to-door pickup and delivery across Binh Duong, Dong Nai, and Ho Chi Minh City (free within a 5km radius; mileage fees apply beyond that). We also provide monthly IT maintenance services for factories and enterprises.
