Terms of Service
General rules, warranty terms, and conditions for PC repair, custom builds, and trading at GEEK TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD.

1. Service Flow & Diagnostic Fee
● Our service follows transparent SOPs, including video-recording on receipt, fault diagnosis, quotation, and repair only upon client confirmation. ● Once inspected, we will provide a detailed quote. If the client decides not to proceed with the repair, the device will be returned as-is, and a basic diagnostic fee of 200,000 - 500,000 VND may be charged based on disassembly complexity.
2. Data Backup & Liability Disclaimer
● During hardware repair or system reinstallation, there is a minor risk of data loss due to component degradation or physical failure of the drives. ● Clients are responsible for backing up all crucial data before submission. GEEK TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. and its technicians assume no liability or financial responsibility for any data loss or damage incurred during diagnosis or repair.
3. Warranty Conditions
● New Hardware: Carries the official manufacturer or distributor warranty; we provide assistance for warranty shipping. ● Custom Builds: Includes a 90-day full-system hardware warranty (effective from delivery date, excluding user damage or virus infection). ● Refurbished Equipment: Includes a 7-day hassle-free return window and a 30-day limited hardware warranty. ● Warranty Exclusions: Damage caused by overclocking, unauthorized disassembly, drops, liquid ingress, electrical surges, or unofficial software is void from warranty.
4. Unclaimed Devices Policy
● Clients must retrieve their devices or arrange delivery within 30 days after receiving a completion notice. ● Devices left unclaimed for over 90 days after notification, where the client remains unreachable via Zalo or Email, will be deemed abandoned. GEEK TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. reserves the right to dispose of, sell, or scrap the device to recover repair and storage costs.
5. Dispute Resolution
● These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall first be resolved through friendly consultation; failing that, they shall be referred to the competent court in Binh Duong Province.
